HOW A COMMISSION WORKS

Six steps, the same every time — so you always know where your piece stands.

1 Inquiry & reference photos

You send a clear, well-lit photo of your pet (or the animal you'd like drawn) and choose a size.

2 Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your place and locks in the price.

3 Reference approval

We confirm the exact photo and composition before any pencil touches paper.

4 Drawing begins

Layer by layer, over many hours. You'll receive progress photos along the way.

5 Final approval & balance

You approve the finished piece and the remaining balance is due before shipping.

6 Packing & shipping

Insured and tracked, with a certificate of authenticity and care card included.

Shipping, timelines & terms

GOOD TO KNOW

Shipping is quoted separately by destination and size — never included in the piece price. All shipments are insured and tracked.

Import duties or taxes at destination are the buyer's responsibility.

Estimated completion dates are estimates, not guarantees — quality takes the time it takes.

Two revision rounds are included at the sketch stage; once rendering begins, changes are limited to minor adjustments.
